A TikTokker has gone viral for her ambitious mission to trade a single bobby pin for a house. She finally did it and here's her story!

Demi Skipper is from San Francisco and she set a goal of trading a bobby pin for a house.
She said that she came up with the idea as a way to do something crazy on TikTok during the pandemic.
There Are Only Three Rules
She established three rules for herself to complete this task.
The people had to be interested in trading, they could not be people she knew, and she was not allowed to trade for money.
The First Trade
The trades started out small, with the first one involving her trading the bobby pin for a pair of earrings.
From there, she traded for a set of cocktail glasses and then a vacuum.
Things Escalated From There
It took her 28 trades and a year and a half to get to trading for the house.
She ended up trading for some pretty cool items, like a set of three vintage tractors!
Made It To The House
Her 28th and final trade involved trading a trailer for the keys to a house in Tennessee.
She got the keys off-site and drove to the house and parked down the street for the big reveal.
Overcome With Excitement
When she finally saw the quaint little house, she was overcome with excitement.
She immediately ran across the front lawn to get a closer look at something she had worked so hard to achieve.
She Loves It
You could see the excitement in her face when she finally turned around after giving the house a once-over.
She started to reflect on the journey that brought her to this point.
